Anticipated awarded contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with a performance period of Basic Year plus 4 Option Years. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about the 17 April, 2000. Proposal Closing will be on or about the 25th of May, 2000. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis.
