Scope of renovation consists of complete interior demolition down to existing building structure and exterior shell and reconstruction of new barracks rooms/suites. Work also includes addition of a sloped shingle roof system over metal-framed trusses over existing building structure. Also, included are new mechanical systems (fan coil units), new electrical service, new plumbing system and sprinkler system. Exterior work includes sanitary sewer, landscaping and sidewalks. Asbestos and lead based paint abatement will be required. Options are included in the contract. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
