The Kansas Air National Guard, McConnell AFB, KS, intends to procure 24 each, shipping containers of various sizes and drawer configurations that are commercially available. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (FAR 13). The small business size standard is 500 employees for the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 3089. This will be a request for written quotations. Potential Quoters may submit multiple quotes for evaluation and consideration by the government. The government reserves the right to negotiate/clarify requirements with one, some or all quoters who submit a quote in response to this solicitation before award. This solicitation/resultant purchase order document will incorporate the latest Federal Acquisition Regulation, Defense FAR Supplement, Army FAR Supplement, National Guard Bureau FAR Supplement provisions and clauses at the time of solicitation/award.
