subsistence and supplies necessary to provide all-you-can-eat buffet
type meals at the Michigan Army National Guard Training Site, Camp
Grayling, MI. The Government will provide certain property under
accountability, including the dining hall. Authorized customers are
identified by two classification: Subsistence-in-kind (SIK) and
Non-SIK. The Government will provide payment only for SIK customers
served. It is estimated there will be an average of about 145 total
meals served per day for the contract period. In the summer of 1999,
for a similar service, the low for any single meal was 1 to 9 and the
high was 180 to 189. The dining facility will operate daily from
approximately 30 May 2000 through 1 September 2000. Interested concerns
should, as early as possible, indicate interest in the acquisition by
providing the contracting office listed above a positive statement of
eligibility as a small business concern. The Standard Industrial
Classification Code (SIC) is 5812 (size standard—$5.0). Requests
must cite complete mailing address, phone number, facsimile number,
Dunn & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), Central Contractor Register (CCR) CAGE
code, and size of business. All requests must be in writing; mailed to

accepted. No requests will be accepted after close of business 15 days
from the date this synopsis is printed in the CBD. The solicitation
will be issued on or about 01 April 2000. This acquisition will be
accomplished under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is subject to
the Randolph Sheppard Act. If there is inadequate response from Small
Business to this synopsis, the solicitation for this requirement will
be issued unrestricted. Any potential award will be based on price,
prior performance, ability to meet government requirements and
