Unrestricted Indefinite Delivery Type contract to perform comprehensive
planning services to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
Baltimore District Civil Works, Military and Support for Others
programs. Services to be performed under this contract will be provided
by studies/projects that are the responsibility of the U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers, Baltimore District, or other Corps districts. These
services, which include a full range of comprehensive planning,
environmental compliance and technical assistance activities, can
support long term planning, facility management and environmental
compliance requirements, as well as water and land resource
development. The work to be performed under this contract will be
predominantly studies and support services relative to planning,
environmental and ecological services, including environmental
compliance and cultural services; economic, social and financial
services; Geographic Information Services; and other tasks associated
with these studies and reports. The contract period will be for one
year from the date of the contract award with option to extend four
additional years. More than one contract may be awarded. Submittal of
technical/management proposals and price proposals required. Technical
evaluation criteria to be used in descending order of importance: 1.
Capability and demonstrated experience of firm in accomplishing
planning level studies for military installations, federal agencies,
and state/local governments. 2. Capability and demonstrated experience
of firm in accomplishing planning level studies in support of the
Corps of Engineers Civil Works mission. 3. Experience and qualification
of personnel as it relates to Program Management, Study Management, and
technical expertise necessary to accomplish the require work. 4.
Capability and demonstrated experience of firm in Program Development
as well as application of new technology to existing processes and
