This amendment adds the notice concerning the status of posting solicitations electronically and also amends the anticipated date of release of the solicitation. NOTE: EPA is currently unable to post solicitations and/or amendments to solicitations electronically. It is expected that EPA will be able to make electronic postings by the time this solicitation is issued. However, in an effort to assure that EPA is able to issue this solicitation, firms must submit a written request via email to the contact point at the following email address: cox.karen@epa.gov to allow for the solicitation to be issued by other means.
