This is a sources sought synopsis for Long Distance Telephone Service to support Pacific Air Force Command lodging operations at Andersen AFB, Guan, Hickam AFB, HI, Kusan AB, ROK, Osan AB, ROK, Misawa AB, Japan, and Yokota AB, Japan. The duties require the contractor to provide direct dial long distance telephone service 24 hours per day, seven days per week, from all six lodging operations, with a combined total of approximately 2340 telephones. Lodging operations are similar to commercial hotels/motels. The six lodging operations will be invoiced inidividually and payment for services will be by electronic funds transfer. The contractor will provide, as a minimum, direct dial long distance service, invoices detailing date, time, and duration of call, number called, and caller's number. The recently installed telephone system at all six lodging operations is "GuestWorks" by Bell Labs Innovations. The volume of long distance calls should be similar to that of commercial hotels of comparable size. This is a request for information only. The Government does not intend to pay for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this synopsis. Respondents capable of satisfying the requirements stated herein should respond in writing not later than the closing date specified and provide a narrative identifying business size, small, small disadvantaged or large, and experience performing same or similar services.
