Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to perform Boundary Line Clearing, Marking and Painting, Tree Planting, Salvage Timber Marking, Selective Timber Marking, Red-Cockaded Woodpecker Cavity Tree and Activity Survey, Timber Inventory and Burning at Sam Rayburn Lake, Jasper, Texas, and Town Bluff Lake, Woodville, Texas. Solicitation will issue on or about 03 April 2000 with bid opening on or about 02 May 2000. The terms of the contract will consist of a one-year base period and four one-year renewal options. The solicitation will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Solicitations will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD-ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD-ROM and the Internet.
