The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide Residential Community Corrections Center Services for adult male federal offenders held under various United States statutes. Services required include subsistence, care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment to include furnishing medical and dental treatment. The services for Community Corrections Center shall be performed in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work, Community Corrections Center, dated January 2000. Two or more facilities may be used as a place of performance for each service. Multiple awards may be made from this solicitation. The place(s) of performance must be within the District of Columbia. An Indefinite Quantity Type contract with a one(1) year base period and four(4) one(1) year option periods is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days for line item one, Community Corrections Center services for the base period is 7,300 minimum/18,250 maximum, option year one -- 7,300 minimum/18,250 maximum, option year two -- 7,300 minimum/18,300 maximum, option year three -- 7,300 minimum/18,250 maximum and option year four -- 7,300 minimum/18,250 maximum.
