The Single Family Real Estate Owned Division of the HUD Philadelphia Homeownership Center is seeking the services of a closing agent to conduct settlements on HUD-owned properties located in Philadelphia, PA. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The SIC code for Closing Agent is 7389 -- Businesses not elsewhere classified -- $5million. The contractor must maintain facilities which provide reasonably convenient service to HUD and its clients in the area to be served. The contract shall be for a one year period with a possible extension of two additional one year periods. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about March 30, 2000.
