The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Management Sciences for Health, 165 Allendale Road, Boston, MA 02130-3400. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to support the activities necessary to develop "The Provider's Guide to Cultural Competence," a web-based resource to improve awareness and understanding of cultural competence among primary health care providers. The contractor shall: provide a work plan for the Content, Development and Marketing of the "Provider's Guide;" and provide a draft and final Guide. The Management Sciences for Health is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is seven months.
