The work includes providing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, supervision, and management necessary to provide quarterly maintenance and remedial repairs to nineteen (19) trailer mounted HVAC units at Fort Hunter Liggett, CA by means of a Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity Contract. This acquisition will be a Base Year with one 12-month Option for a total of 24 months. The construction price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1711. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.0M. This procurement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
