Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performance of all work incidental to the accomplishment of civil structural repairs at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division. The work includes but is not limited to installation/replacement of water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and force main piping and structures, surveying, flow monitoring, cleaning and T.V.ing, smoke testing, inspections and restoration of disturbed areas. All work shall be performed on an indefinite quantity basis and upon the issuance of delivery orders by the Contracting Officer. This procurement will result in the award of an indefinite delivery contract with a performance period of one base year and two one-year option periods. The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice for two additional (12) month options. The total duration of this contract including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 36 months. Delivery order minimum is $2,500 and maximum is $500,000. The contract minimumguarantee is $250,000. The maximum contract value shall not exceed contract bid/award price for each contract period. Pursuant to FAR 17.203(d), offerors may offer varying prices for option periods. The time for completion is 365 days. The estimated cost range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
