(Delex), 1935 Gallows Road, Vienna, VA 22182-3991, for the design, development, and production of surface ship Harpoon on-board training system computer upgrades for the "AN/SWG-1A(V) Harpoon Ship Command Launch Control System (HSCLCS-1A) Embedded Training (HET)" as well as develop related computer based training products and curriculum for other Harpoon Missile programs. Delex, as the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the HET, possesses the unique knowledge base, personnel, and facilities to provide this effort in the required timeframe.
