This is a notice of intent from the Naval Air Systems Command at Patuxent River, MD to issue an order, on an other than full and open competition basis, to an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0224, with The Boeing Company, Ridley Park, PA to procure services and material to update drawings on both the D and E Models and re-identify decals on the Main Caution Panel for the H-46 Helicopter. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the H-46 series helicopter, and the only firm that possesses the knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform these efforts within the limited time constraints of the Navy.
