Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis to SAS Institute, SAS Campus Drive, Cary, NC 27513, to continue licensing for the following proprietary management/statistical software: BASE SAS, SAS/CONNECT, SAS/STAT, SAS/FSP, SAS/AF, PC BASE SAS, PC SAS/STAT, PC ACCESS, PC SAS/GRAPH, PC SAS/CONNECT FOR WIN, PC SAS/AF, PC SAS/FSP, PC SAS/ETS, AND PC SAS/EIS, plus maintenance, new releases, and upgrades for a system life through September 30, 2008. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than April 5, 2000.
