The National Cemetery Administration NCA) has a requirement for concrete grave marker bases, 71.12 cm X 40.64cm X 10.16 cm (28"x 16"x 4") F.O.B. Destination within Consignee's Premises to the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024. The contract covers base period May 1, 2000 (or date of contract award whichever is later), through April 30, 2000, with two 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through April 30, 2002. This is a total (100%) Set-Aside for Small Business. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 3281 and a Size Standard of 500 are applicable to this solicitation.
