Provide professional services necessary for various health care planning services for the following Medical Centers: Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD, Perry Point, MD, Ft. Howard, MD and Martinsburg, WVA. This includes hospitals, community based outpatient clinics, and nursing homes. Services include site investigations, master planning activities, development of schematic alternatives, and cost estimates. The intent is to award one open-ended A/E indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity master contract for a period of one year and two option years. Area of consideration is restricted to firms located within a 150 mile radius of Washington, DC. Award of individual task orders is contingent upon project funding. Selection criteria will be based on: (1) past performance on similar projects, maintaining project schedules and project budgets: (2) overall engineering health care planner experience and capability; (3) qualification of staff to be assigned, with special emphasis on field personnel to be assigned; and (4) cost control effectiveness.
