The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals for a Data Coordination and Technical Assistance Center for Ryan White CARE Act Data Reporting Systems. The data collected will be current Titles I-IV annual data reports, client-level demonstration project databases, and cross-title Ryan White CARE Act data within each state in the US, its CARE Act-funded territories, and in Puerto Rico. These data will enable HRSA to report to its constituencies aggregate data client counts from grantees of all CARE Act Title programs and client level data from those grantees willing to submit a client level database to HRSA. A technical assistance effort will enable the contractor to work with grantees interested in developing unduplicated client level data systems among the providers reporting to them annually. The successful contractor will have demonstrated the ability to design and pilot test survey research data collection instruments, effect and efficient state-of-the-art data collection, methodology, and processing techniques that include options for web-based data collection and processing, and provide technical assistance in data collection and reporting client level and aggregate data from all CARE Act grantees to HRSA.
