The brand of light is the Luxtec, to include ultralite headband module with PTF cable. Award company must provide prior to award federal tax identification number, vendor must be currently registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR), have CAGE code, DUNS number prior to award of this order. The government reserves the right to make an award without discussions and/or negotiation. Award will be done in the form of a government purchase order.
