The solicitation is amended as follows: The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, is soliciting offers to remove 357 existing lockers, purchase and install Multi-Lockers in the men's locker room on Vandenberg Air Force Base, in the Fitness Center. Lockers shall be flat topped, free standing and bolted to the wall and floor and have slide and padlock latches. Lockers shall be 24 gauge steel side panels and 18 gauge steel doors. The Contractor is to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to install the lockers as follows: There are five (5) line items: Line Item 001 -- Qty (234) ea, Lyon Work Space Products, Model No. BBRN5222N, or equal. Minimum salient characteristics. Multi Lockers -- Multi Space Lockers, one double tier locker section, l frame wide, 2 locker openings, numbered 1 through 468. Lockers shall have 2 door-12" x 18" x 72", door vents, 3" x 6". Line Item 002 -- (12) ea, Bench, Postformed Laminated Top Bench with (2) ea, stainless steel pedestals, 12" x 60", fully assembled. Benches will be bolted to the floor and not mobile. Line Item 003 -- Qty (4) ea -- Handicap Kit, bottom door only, w/ ADA pull (black), ADA decal & touch latch. Line Item 004 -- Freight Charges.
