The VA Heartland Network is composed of VA Medical Centers at Poplar Bluff MO; Marion IL; St. Louis, MO; Columbia, MO; Kansas City, MO; Leavenworth, KS; Topeka, KS and Wichita, KS. Three contracts are contemplated to be awarded to support all medical centers listed. The work consists of field investigations, energy audits, site visits, preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, engineering designs, construction cost estimates, construction period services, etc. on an as needed basis under a firm fixed-price contract. All work to be done in accordance with VA Master Specifications, VA planning criteria, and all applicable VA/National regulations.
