C -- INCREASE DOLLAR LIMIT OF CONTRACT DUE 032700 POC Anthony P. DeStefano, Contract Specialist, Voice 212-264-6706, FAX 212-264-3013 It is the intention of the Corps of Engineers to increase the dollar limit on this A&E Contract by $500,000 to cover the cost of revising existing design work which went up to the limit to produce. The contract number is DACA51-99-D-0003. The contractor is STV Inc. The authority for increasing the contract on an other than full and open competition basis can be found in 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302(a)(2)(iii) where the award of a new contract for this effort would cause unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. This contract effects work for the Consolidated Soldier and Family Support Center at Fort Drum, Stoney Lonesome Road at the USMA at West Point, and the Armament Software Engineering Center at Picatinny.
