The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue on a sole source basis Communication Service Authorizations (CSAs) to AT&T Corporation, to furnish a Video Teleconferencing (VTC) circuit connnected to the AT&T ACCUNET 1.544MB Network. This trunk serves various program offices, laboratories, and other customers providing for dual 56KB direct dial-up video teleconferencing capability to various contractors throughout the continental United States. It is the intent of the Government to continue to lease the required connectivity and equipment from AT&T Corporation, via Communication Srvice Austhorizations issued against the Basic Agreement.
