The Department of Defense Dependent Schools European Procurement Office is soliciting proposals on a full and open competitive basis from qualified organizations for musical instrument repair services. The offeror must be knowledgeable and have a track record of accomplishments that show successful past performance and adequate technical capabilities in similar sized contracts. It is essential that the technical personnel involved in the performance of the contract be highly qualified journeyman (band level) instrument repair technicians that will repair all instruments to manufacturer specifications. The contract requirements will include the complete disassembly, complete replacement of all pads, corks and felts, replacement or repair of all broken or bent parts, removal of dents, plus the instrument will be oiled, buffed and polished as needed, to return the instrument to playing condition with proper intonation. This procurement will be for 20 Piccolos, 50 (Open Hole) Flutes, 5 Bassoons, 30 Plastic and 10 Wood Clarinets, 10 Bass Clarinets, 10 Alto Saxophones, 10 Tenor Saxophones and 5 Baritone Saxophones.
