The contractor will provide Mammography Technicians to perform Mammograms at Malcolm Grow Medical Center on government equipment. The service also requires a Scheduler for scheduling diagnostics imaging appointments. Mammography and Scheduling Services shall be in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations, and follow the procedures outlined in accepted industrial practices and procedures by agencies such as the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. The applicable SIC Code is 8011. The period of performance will be a one-year basic period with four one-year option periods. The Government reserves the right to exercise the options. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation, notices and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting Systems (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
