PROJECT TITLE: IDIQ ROAD REPAIR, TOOELE ARMY DEPOT, UTAH. This proposed Contract is for Small Business Set-Aside. JOB DESCRIPTION: This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. This project consists of sweeping and cleaning roads and parking lots prior to the installation of asphalt overlay, slurry seal, course leveling in roads and parking lots in low areas or where necessary. Install 2 or 3 inch asphalt overlay and re-stripe roads and parking lots to match existing. Remove asphalt road and road base or compacted subbase, and install new compacted subbase and new road base. Initial contract will be for one (1) year with Option Bid Items for four (4) additional years. The Procurement will be conducted under SIC CODE: 1611. The standard size for this SIC CODE is $17,000,000.00. The estimated cost is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
