The work consists of clearing and grubbing, excavation, backfilling, establishing turf, providing electrical power, constructing an asphalt road, asphalt parking areas, sand-fill swim beach, handicap accessible concrete ramp, and installing playground equipment, a picnic shelter and tables, handrails, chain link fencing and a concrete well house. THIS SOLICITATION IS RESTRICTED TO 8(a) CONTRACTORS IN ARKANSAS AND MISSOURI. The estimated magnitude of work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Issue date for the solicitation will be on or about March 7, 2000. The solicitation is available on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in a printed paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government's best interest.
