The work to be performed will include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the Phase II Modification to the Combat Arms Range at Malmstrom AFB Montana. Work elements include but are not limited to: Selective Demolition, Electrical, Mechanical, Earth Work, Concrete Work, Wood and Plastic Work, Thermal and Moisture Protection (to include Roofing), Finishes (to include Painting), and Door Hardware and Glazing Work. Anticipated awarded contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract consisting of a 120 day performance period after Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will consist of the Minor Construction and of Repair proposal items. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 10 April 2000. Proposal closing will be on or about 10 May 2000. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
