Remove mortar from all joints in parapet coping and recaulk. Remove caulking from perimeter joints in all windows, doors, and louvers and recaulk. The completion time for this project is 120 calendar days with a financial range of $100,000.00 to $500,000.00. The categories of work for this project include general construction repairs & alterations; concrete walks, driveways; electrical-lighting; and masonry cleaning, tuckpointing, and waterproofing. Proposals will be opened on or about May 4, 2000. Specifications will be available on or about April 3, 2000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542 and the small business size standard for this project is $17 million.
