The intent of this Sources Sought synopsis is to identify potential offerors for Lawn Maintenance at the following locations: Naval Reserve Center, Dubuque, IA; Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center, Omaha, NE; and Naval Reserve Center, Wichita, KS. NO SOLICITATION OR DRAWINGS EXIST AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY. SIC 7349 applies and size standard is $12.0 MIL. Term of contract will be base year and 4 option years. To ascertain the method of procurement, qualified small business, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, 8(a), and woman-owned business are invited to submit a "Capability Statement" to this office. Information to be provided must include, but is not limited to: name and address of firm; size of business; average annual revenue for the past 3 years; number of employees; ownership and whether they are small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, 8(a), and/or woman-owned; number of years in business; affiliate information such as parent company or teaming partners; potential services to be subcontracted, if any; and list of customers (Government and non-government) covering the past 5 years (highlighting relevant work performed, contract numbers, contract type, dollar value of each procurement, and point of contract/addresses and phone numbers) detailing all relevant technical qualifications. Interested firms should also include in the Capability Statement demonstrative information relative to past performance and experience in managing a workforce and performing work similar to the requirements of this procurement. Capability Statements should be no longer than 10 pages in length and should be received by this office no later than March 24, 2000. If sufficient interest is not received, the Government reserves the right to determine the appropriate procurement method and this solicitation will be issued UNRESTRICTED. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify contractors to provide Firm Fixed Priced Lawn Maintenance including trimming, mowing, soil sterilization, fertilization, edging, etc. (including the management, supervision, personnel, transportation, equipment, labor, tools, supplies, and quality control) at the following locations: Naval Reserve Center, Dubuque, IA, Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center, Omaha, NE, and Naval Reserve Center, Wichita, KS.
