The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a Fixed Price type contract with Raytheon Systems Company, 1151 E. Hermans Road, P. O. Box 11337, Tucson, AZ 85734-1337. This sole source contract is for the fiscal year 2001 (FY01) Full Rate Production Lot 3 (FRP 3) of the Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) AGM-154A weapon system and for FY01Low Rate Initial Production Lot 2 (LRIP 2) of the JSOW AGM-154B weapon system. Options for the next two years (FY02 and FY03) of production lots for the AGM-154A and AGM-154B will be negotiated at time of contract award. Total quantities awarded for the base effort and each optional effort will be subject to the President's budget for the fiscal year in which award will occur. This contract will also either procure or make provisions to purchase Dummy Air Training Missiles (DATMs), Containers, Telemetry Instrumentation Kits (TIKs), Special Tooling/Special Test Equipment (ST/STE), Sustaining Support (i.e., Sustaining Engineering, Software Maintenance, Technology Insertion, Program Management and Integrated Logistics Support) Technical and Administrative/Financial Data, any other ancillary equipment and/or support deemed necessary and a 20 year Warranty on the AGM-154A and AGM-154B units to be delivered under this award and under the options.
