The Government is conducting an Advisory Multi-Step Process in accordance with FAR Part 15.202. In this process, the Government is requesting interested parties to submit the information specified in this notice. Once received, the Government will then evaluate the information utilizing the criteria provided below. After completion of the evaluation, the Government will notify, in writing, each submitter whether the Government believes, based upon the submission, it would likely be a viable competitor in the resultant acquisition the Government expects to conduct. Any potential offeror that provides a written response to this Advisory Multi-Step Presolicitation Notice may, at its election, participate in the expected resultant acquisition regardless of the advice provided by the Government in response to its submission. In addition the US Army will conduct a Potential Vendor's Conference on Tuesday 4 Apr 00 at Picatinny Arsenal. Any parties contemplating participation in the resultant acquisition are strongly encouraged to participate in this Advisory Multi-Step Process.
