This order is for contractor support in providing packing, marking and shipping for TPP systems, components and assemblies manufactured by SEI for delivery to Government-directed sites and agencies. SEI is the only source producing Thin-Pack Parachute Systems using the Thin-Pack/Lightweight Environmentally Sealed Parachute Assembly (LESPA) technology and is the only source to pack, mark and ship TPP systems without violating existing warranties. Thin-Pack Parachute drawing packages and associated packing, sealing, and closing processes have proprietary markings, making required design and maintenance information unreleasable.
