Zeiger (732)323-5373 or Fax (732)323-4069 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to procure the services to rough machine rails consisting of 4 each part number 627397-13 and 4 each part number 627397-14 in accordance with #627397 drawing. The Naval Air Warfare center (NAWC) will provide 8 each, 4 inch x 4 inch x 300 inches ASTMA 516 GR. 70 steel bars. The contractor shall be responsible for material pick up and delivery of the finished product to NAWC Lakehurst. The delivery schedule requires that upon contract award the contractor must within 10 working days pickup the government furnished materials (GFM). Upon pick up of material 1 each part number 627397-13 and 1 each part number 62797-14 must be delivered to NAWC Lakehurst within 80 calendar days or sooner. All subsequent deliveries of 1 each part number 627397-13 and 1 each part number 627397-14 will occur every 80 calendar days or sooner until contract is satisfied. The Government intends to procure under a Small Business Set Aside. Small Business Set-Aside SICCode 3449 is applicable. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price type contract with inspection /acceptance occurring at destination. All finished rails are to be shipped FOB Destination; Lakehurst, NJ.
