NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ)972-71149-709 for 250 -- Electrochemical Concentration Cell (ECC) Ozone Cells and Pump, including batteries, and interface connections designed to operate with the Sippican, Inc. MK2 Multiple Channel Radiosonde. Ozone unit shall meet specifications IV-VII that will be provided with the Request for Quotation. The manufacturer shall replace defective units and repair or refurbish ECC instruments failing to meet specifications I-VII that will be provided with the Request for Quotation. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The SIC Code and Size Standard are 3629 and 500,respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurment is DO C9.
