synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in the
Federal Acquisition Regulation, supplemented with information included
in this notice. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses
at FAR 52.213-4 Terms and Conditions -Simplified Acquisitions (Other
than Commercial Items) (FEB 2000), and any others that are applicable
and in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)
and the Defense Acquisition Circular. It is the contractors
responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and
provision. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution.
While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers,
award will be based on responsive, responsible, technically acceptable
offers received in response to this advertisement. Competitive awards
may be based on the evaluation criteria stipulated in the Red, Yellow,
Green (RYG) Contractor Evaluation System. The evaluation criteria is
available upon request. The government has a requirement for the
following Silicon Wafers with the specifications listed: 1. Test Grade,
6" Silicon Wafers, 150mm <100>P (Boron) 650-700 Microns, 10-100
Ohm-cm, Single Major Flat 55-60 MM -- quantity: 2000 each. 2. Test
Grade 6" Silicon Wafers. 100MM <100> N (Phosphorus) 650-700
Microns, 10-100Ohm-cm, Single Major Flat 55-60 MM -- quantity: 300
each. 3. Prime Grade 6" Silicon Wafers, 150MM <100>P (Boron)
650-700 Microns, 10-100 Ohm-cm, single major flat 55-60 MM -- quantity:
200 each. 4. Prime Grade 6" Silicon Wafers, 150MM <100>N
(Phosphorus) 650-700 Microns, 10-100 Ohm-cm, single Major Flat 55-60 MM
-- quantity: 600 each. Although the desired target resistivity range is
25 Ohm-cm, all offers between 10-100 Ohm-cm will be considered and
evaluated. This requirement was previously advertised as
