These centrifuges are believed to be the largest available capacity units for 12x75-mm tubes, and this purchase will permit double throughput capacity for this agency's ongoing NHANES research. This procurement is also predicated on a trade-in of existing units. Vendors who can offer the identical products at comparable price may identify their interests in providing said equipment by submitting pricing data, an accurate description of the equipment offered, and make and model numbers of the equipment. Since no solicitation package exists, requests for such documents without accompanying information to establish the vendor's capability of meeting the Government's needs will be considered non-responsive to this synopsis. Only responses containing this data will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will not be made on the basis of responses to this synopsis. If no feasible responses are received by the close of business 15 days from the date this notice appears in the CBD, a procurement will be named with the above-named source.
