Period of performance will be a Base Period with four (4) Option Periods. Contractor shall perform Aircraft Services tasks include Management Functions, Arrival Services, Processing Services, Departure Services, Wash and Lubrication Services, Flight Line Deicing Fluid and Wash Water Clean Up and Emergency Services. The acquisition will be accomplished as a Commercial Item in accordance with FAR 12 Utilizing Commercial Acquisition Procedures and FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiations. Offers will be evaluated utilizing Best Value Procedures. In conformance with FAR 19-1301 this acquisition is being considered for a HUBzone set-aside. If your firm is HUBzone certified and intends to propose on this acquisition, please provide the following information to the contracting officer not later than 10 days after the publication of this notice: SBA certification of HUBzone eligibility; capability statement for firm; and a positive statement that your firm intends to propose on this acquisition. Based on response the contracting officer will make a determination, if there is not a reasonable expectation of adequate competition the acquisition will conducted under 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) is 4581 and the Small Business size standard is $5 million annual average gross revenue for the last three (3) years.
