The U.S. Department of Commerce/NOAA intends to procure on a sole source basis from OAG Worldwide to provide on a monthly basis to Department of Commerce Tourism Industries "Current Day Schedule" data tapes/files from the Official Airline Guide (OAG). Tourism Industries use this information to select a sample for the ITA, Tourism Industries Survey of International Travelers or In-Flight Survey. This company sells the only source of electronic data that provides flight schedules for international departing flights from the U.S. The flights for each participating carrier in our In-Flight Survey program are identified from an Official Airline Guide (OAG) magnetic data tape of scheduled airline flights. A computer program draws a random sample from the survey week's flight list. Tourism Industries surveys these flights each month. This is a notice of intent. No solicitation document is available.
