The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire, through full and open competition and best value source selection procedures, Education and Training Services to include Curriculum Development & Maintenance, as well as classroom instruction of the following courses: Navy Keyboarding Laboratory, Ship Serviceman (SH) "A" School, Storekeeper (SK) "A" School, Aviation Maintenance Administrationman (AZ) "A" School, Disbursing Clerk (DK) "A" School, Personnelman (PN) "A" School, Religious Program Specialist (RP) "A" School, Yeoman (YN) "A" School. Services are required to support the Naval Technical Training Center, Meridian, MS and will be conducted at Government facilities located in Meridian, MS. The period of performance is 1 October 2000, or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 2001, with provisions for four consecutive twelve-month option periods. A firm fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity type contract is contemplated. The application standard industrial classification is 8249.
