Contractor shall provide mechanic, service-truck and driver for transporting personnel, fuel, and cargo for Forest operations, involving low level missions in mountainous terrain on hot days with internal and external loads. Helicopter may also be used for heli-rappelling. During performance period (between April 17 and July 17) helicopters will be based at Forest Service bases in New Mexico.
