Contractor shall provide 3 persons for 5 days prior to the move to help pack boxes.The periods of performance are April 24 -- April 28, 2000 for packing and May 1 -- May 5, 2000 for moving. Work shall be performed during normal working hours, 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, services and equipment necessary for and incidental to all designated work. Special equipment may be needed for moving specialty items. A MANDATORY SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR 31 MARCH 2000. DETAILS WILL BE INCLUDED IN SOLICITATION PACKAGE. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a SIC code of 7389. Job supervisor shall have a minimum of two (2) years experience in furniture and equipment moving. A resume shall be supplied as part of the contractors response to the solicitation. In addition tosupervising the other movers, the supervisor shall have the same responisbilities of a mover, however he/she shall be present at all times that work is being conducted.
