Grainey, Contract Specialist, 505-248-6793 The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, has a requirement for labor, materials, equipment, supplies, permits, licenses and services necessary to remove selected existing fencing and replacing fencing at Buffalo Lake National Wildlife Refuge near Umbarger, Texas, in Randall County, Texas. The work consists of removing the existing fencing and replacing with new fencing, for an approximate length of seven miles. The work includes: 28 stretch posts; 2 H-braces; 14 double H-braces; 1 sixty degree corner; and approximately 7/10 mile of rocky ground.
