shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation,
supervision and disposal necessary to construct a new boat ramp at the
Cape Ann Light, Thacher Island, located off the coast of Rockport, MA.
Work includes constructing a new 170 ft long by 12 ft wide timber boat
ramp and related incidental work. Project will include an optional bid
item to provide and place 400 tons of protective rip rap armor stone.
Visits to the project site will be the responsibility of the bidders:
USCG will not provide transportation to the site. SIC code is 1629.
Estimated cost of this project (inclusive of the option item) is
between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance time is 180 calendar days
from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation packages will be
available on April 10, 2000, from RI Blueprint, 335 Webster Ave.,
