ISSUE DATE: APRIL 11, 2000. Contractor shall provide all labor,
materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal required
to replace the bulkhead and dock at USCG Station Merrimack River,
Newburyport, MA (Essex County). Work includes replacing the existing
timber pier and bulkhead, and related incidental work. New pier shall
be constructed with timber piles and other timber members which the new
bulkhead shall be constructed with steel sheet pile and steel H-pile
walers. SIC code is 1629. Total estimated cost of this project is
between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance is estimated to be 90
calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed with an on-site
construction time of 60 days. Specialized marine experience is
