Services, Nonpersonal: Contractor is to provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances, and supervision for Project VGLZ 94-0027, Revitalize Wing Headquarters, at Selfridge ANG Base, Michigan. Work is to consist of a complete renovation of administration area (approximately 20,000 sq ft), and partial renovation of basement and attic to accommodate the requirements of a KC-135 refueling operation Wing Headquarters. This will include, but is not limited to, a full demolition and replacement of the interior partitions, ceiling systems, finishes, and materials of the latrines office areas, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, and all exterior windows and doors. The work shall also include the addition of a new elevator system. Site work shall include, but is not limited to, new front and rear entrance sidewalks and stairs, painting, and miscellaneous landscaping and lighting. All work shall be constructed as per Plans and Specifications titled VGLZ 94-0027, Revitalize Wing Headquarters.Performance period is 360 calendar days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Estimate magnitude of the construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. There will not be any charge for this solicitation, however, copies are limited to one per firm. The Solicitation, Plans, and Specifications will be issued on a CD-ROM. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available 1 April 2000.
