The contractor shall provide the seals and install them. The contractor shall set forth in the quotation the method of installation and seals to be used with their technical specifications. The contractor shall be liable for any repairs to pump and/or new seals, during the warrantee, if there are any leaks, drips or wetness after installation. All work shall comply with API 610, 8th edition for fueling pumps, also API 682, 1st edition Specifications The specifications for the pumps the seals are to be installed on: Manufacturer: Sulzer Bingham Type: CAP8 Service: Fueling Pumps Pumpage: Jet Fuel (JP8) Capacity: 600 GPM, 3560 RPM Stuffing Box: Mechanical Seal Bearings: Radial Roller, Thrust Ball Driver: 100 HP Coupling: Type TSCS, Size 0060-0055/5000 This will be a Performance Price Trade Off acquisition. Award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
