It will be a firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract over a 2-year term, with a minimum quantity of 138 each (including 2 each first production units) and a maximum quantity, subject to the indefinite quantity provision, of 100 each, Dial Indicator Calibrator, Army Drawing Number 13534036. Required delivery of the first production unit is 120 days after contract award. The Government will have 60 days to evaluate compliance of the 2 each first production units; 90 days after acceptance of the first production units, delivery of the remaining initial production units shall begin at a rate 20 each per month until delivery is complete. Inspection and acceptance point for the 2 each first production units shall be Destination. Inspection and acceptance for the remaining initial production units as well as the indefinite quantities shall be Source. FOB point is Destination. This acquisition will be issued under Part 12 -- Commercial Items of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is 3 April 00.
