The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure on a competitive basis a one-year,Fixed-Price Contract with two one-year options, to provide direct support to Flag/General Officers in the development of high level briefing and papers for the Joint Theater Air and Missile Defense Organization (JTAMDO), Crystal Mall 3, Suite 511, Arlington, VA. Contractor must have access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access information and materials. Access to these categories of information will be limited to the on-site government activity. The individual performing at the SCI and special Access level will require a final TOP SECRET security clearance, based upon a single-scope background investigation (SSBI), current single-scope background investigation (SSBI), current within the previous five years. Favorable adjudication in accordance with DCID O eligibility standards are required. The RFP is expected to be released on or about 29 Nov 99, with proposals due 30 days thereafter.
